Police are appealing for help to trace Elliot Rowe, who is wanted for breaching a stalking protection order.
Rowe, 27, of no fixed address, is known to spend time in Northwich, Cheshire, and also has connections to Ellesmere Port and Winsford.
He is described as being 5ft 7in tall, of medium build, with dark brown hair, a brown beard, and blue eyes.
